What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a breathing technique that intentionally channels and focuses on the breath. These techniques may help reduce stress and release emotions. Different breathing techniques are used with combinations of breathing through the nose or mouth, often in rhythmic connected breaths with breath retentions to support releasing energy. Each breathwork experience is unique based on the capabilities of the individual and their needs.
