THE SURVIVOR COACH
Life Beyond Trauma

Welcome

YOU ARE EXACTLY WHERE YOU NEED TO BE

Welcome to a space created with you in mind – a space to support your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Here, you’ll find coaching, breathwork, workshops, speaking topics, and resources designed to empower and guide you as you step into your truth.

You are not defined by the challenges you’ve faced. Within you is a deep reservoir of courage – the kind that allows you to rise above soul-shattering experiences, to heal, and to transform. It begins with a single intention: to lean into vulnerability, embrace risk, and navigate the uncertainty of growth with compassion and clarity.

This courage isn’t about being fearless; it’s about showing up despite fear. It’s about creating boundaries, aligning with your values, and carving new paths forward. By living with courageous intention, you can unlearn what no longer serves you and welcome a new worldview. Even more, when you live boldly and authentically, you inspire others to do the same.

Take your time exploring this space. It’s here for you – to help you connect with your courage and discover tools that resonate with your healing journey. Along the way, you’ll meet Louie, the therapy dog, who brings comfort and warmth to this journey.

In a world where more than one thing can be true, you are invited to embrace all of who you are. You are more than your past, your roles, or your trauma. You are whole.

If you’re ready to reclaim your life and move beyond trauma, know that you don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to walk beside you.

MORE THAN ONE THING CAN BE TRUE

a story of survival

More Than One Thing Can Be True, is a deeply personal exploration of life’s complexities, written with authenticity, vulnerability, and hope. The book delves into themes of trauma, resilience, identity, and the multifaceted nature of the human experience. It’s both a reflection on the challenges of navigating life and an empowering invitation to embrace the paradoxes and truths that shape us.

My journey is personal, but my reflections resonate universally, offering insights into the shared human experience of balancing joy and pain, strength and vulnerability. My memoir emphasises the power of owning your story, no matter how messy or multifaceted it may seem. It’s a call to show up authentically and live in alignment with your truth.

For those navigating their own trauma or personal struggles, my story provides both solace and inspiration, showing that healing is not linear but is always possible.

By openly discussing trauma, mental health, and identity, I help dismantle stigmas and normalise conversations around topics often shrouded in silence.

My memoir highlights the reality that life doesn’t exist in binaries – more than one thing can indeed be true. It is an enriching perspective that encourages readers to hold space for contradictions in their own lives.

This memoir is perfect for anyone seeking inspiration, validation, or a reminder of the strength found in vulnerability. It’s a book that not only tells a story but also invites readers to reflect on their own.

My values

My values are the guiding principles at the core of the work that I bring to you. Know that as we work together they will be the elements that drive me to do my best and to bring my all in supporting you and your community.

Focusing on the importance of why, purpose is the reason my actions exist. Being clear on the intended result and the impact those results will have on myself and the world around me
The soundness of my moral character is incredibly important to me. Though I understand that more than one thing can be true and that mistakes can be made, my morals, ethics and principles are an integral part of the wholeness of integrity.
I am incredibly fortunate to live the life I live. I’ve worked hard and have some beautiful people in my circle. I value these elements, even more, when I practice gratitude. When I am thankful for the moments and connections and appreciate the simplicity of the day to day on the path to greater happiness.

Well... it looks like my little puppy is growing up. 🐾 Lola is now past 20 weeks, which means she’s officially graduated from Puppy School at Alpha Dog Training and move into Level 1. We’ve spent the past few months building strong foundations. Learning the basics, practising good manners, growing confidence, and setting her up for the next stage of her journey towards becoming a therapy dog one day.
I’m so proud of how far she’s come already. Of course... I know that adolescence is about to begin. Which, from what I remember, means she may suddenly decide she’s forgotten everything I’ve taught her, selectively ignore my requests, and discover a newfound passion for making questionable life choices. Sound familiar? 😂 Thankfully, we’ve got an incredible training team behind us, a very experienced big brother in Louie, and plenty of patience for whatever this next chapter brings. Here’s to Level 1, teenage dog life, and continuing to grow one training session at a time. Bring it on, Lola. 🤍 #BorderCollie #TherapyDog #DeepBreathsWithLola
What a special night. 🤍 On Wednesday evening, I had the privilege of returning to the Generation Women stage to share a brand new story as part of Take Heart: Stories of Love and Friendship. This time, instead of sharing one of my heavier stories, I had the chance to tell one that celebrated an extraordinary friendship, the one I share with Louie. There were laughs, there were a few tears, and judging by the number of people who came to say hello afterwards, I think Louie may have stolen even more hearts than I did. He’s becoming quite used to that. 🐾 A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Generation Women team for inviting me back, to the wonderful storytellers who shared the stage, and to everyone who filled the room with such warmth and generosity. Storytelling has a beautiful way of reminding us that we’re far more connected than we realise. Until next time… #GenerationWomen #Storytelling #Melbourne
A gentle reminder that our next Melbourne breathwork session is coming up 🤍 Join Louie and me on Sunday 9th August, at AKA Studio in Brunswick East for 90 minutes of slowing down, reconnecting, and creating space to breathe. These sessions are intentionally gentle and trauma-informed, designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or you’ve joined us before, you are warmly welcome. And of course, Louie will be there sharing his calming presence (and accepting any well-earned pats along the way). 🐾 Spaces are limited to keep our sessions small and supportive, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to book. We’d love to welcome you into the room. #BreathworkMelbourne #NervousSystemSupport #DeepBreathsWithLouie
Sometimes, home isn’t a place.
It’s the people who welcome you back with open arms.

One week to go until I’m back on stage with Generation Women! As I prepare to share a brand new story, I find myself reflecting on the last time I stood on this stage This video is my story from that evening, a story that asked me to be incredibly vulnerable and one that so many of you held with such kindness. This time, things will be a little different. The theme is Take Heart: Stories of Love and Friendship, and while there’ll still be plenty of heart, I think you’ll find this story a little lighter, with a few laughs along the way. If you’re in Melbourne on Wednesday, 29th July, I’d love for you to join us. Generation Women always creates such a beautiful evening of storytelling, connection, and community, and I’m so excited to be part of it once again. I hope to see some familiar faces in the audience. 🤍 #GenerationWomen #Storytelling #Melbourne
