For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in transforming their lives through coaching, life management, and personal growth. My work has been featured on platforms like Channel 7’s Sunrise, Mamma Mia, Women’s Health, Channel Nine News, Body & Soul, and numerous podcasts and publications – a testament to the impact of my journey and dedication to helping others.

But beyond the accolades and appearances lies a story of resilience. As a high-functioning trauma survivor, I know the weight of building a life of accomplishments while carrying the shadow of past pain. In 2020, I took my first steps toward unpacking and healing my lived experiences, confronting the trauma that had long lingered in silence. That journey led me to a place of transformation, and in 2022, I took an act of unshakable courage by self-publishing my debut book, More Than One Thing Can Be True.

This memoir is not just a story – it’s a testament to survival, healing, and hope. In it, I share my lived experience of overcoming child sexual abuse, incest, and trauma, offering a narrative of bravery and resilience. My goal is to inspire individuals and communities to open conversations about these experiences, to replace shame with understanding, and to illuminate the path to healing.

Since releasing my book, I’ve expanded my mission, stepping into the role of a lived experience expert and survivor advocate. I’ve had the honor of speaking at conferences and events across Australia, contributing to media discussions, and sharing insights that empower others to embrace their healing journeys.

In 2024, I combined my personal experiences with my professional expertise to create The Survivor Coach – a space where coaching and breathwork come together to support transformation. Today, alongside my therapy dog Louie, I work with clients to move beyond trauma, reclaim their power, and step into lives of purpose and authenticity.

Aligned with my purpose, I am passionate about empowering survivors to break free from shame, own their voices, and recognise that they are so much more than what has happened to them. My mission extends beyond individual healing – I strive to ignite a movement of change, one that creates a better world for survivors today and for generations to come.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible beyond trauma and step into the life you deserve, I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Inclusion Statement

I acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional lands of the Kombumerri People. I pay my deepest respects to their Elders past and present, and I recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. This acknowledgment is not only a statement but a commitment to listen, learn, and actively support First Nations communities.

As an immigrant, a woman of colour, and a survivor, my path to inclusion work has been deeply personal, driven by the desire to create safer, welcoming spaces for my community. Growing up in Australia as a young child, I encountered racism and oppression, and over time, I also faced other forms of trauma, discrimination, and abuse. These lived experiences have shaped my understanding of the complexities of intersectionality and fuelled my passion for fostering equity and belonging.

For years, I believed that simply being part of a marginalised group meant I naturally understood inclusion. But as I navigated adulthood, I realised that true inclusion requires intentional effort, education, and self-reflection. Unpacking my own internal biases and unlearning the pervasive messages of a colonised, patriarchal, and capitalist society has been a humbling and transformative journey.

This work is not easy. But to create genuinely safer spaces for trauma survivors and others seeking healing, I know I must continue to do the heavy lifting – educating myself, challenging my assumptions, and showing up authentically every day. By deepening my understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, I strive to minimise harm and foster healing, growth, and connection for all who enter my spaces.

Inspired by Maya Angelou’s wisdom, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better,” I am committed to ongoing learning and unlearning. My recent studies have included work with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, Mens Medicine, Therapy Dogs Australia, and experts in the domestic and sexual violence sectors. These experiences have broadened my perspective on how trauma, oppression, and diversity intersect.

In 2024, I furthered my commitment to racial equity and safer spaces by completing REPRESENTED, a 10-week program led by Annie Gichuru, a Racial Equity Coach. This program reinforced my dedication to building a racially equitable business and community.

While this statement reflects my journey and insights, it also serves as a pledge: to bring these values into every aspect of my work and to remain open to feedback. If you see opportunities for me to grow or improve, I welcome your thoughts and insights. Together, we can create spaces that are truly safe, inclusive, and empowering for all.

Thank you for holding space for me as I navigate this ongoing journey. I am deeply committed to justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism – not just in words, but in action.
